Apply funds to a permanent or temporary mortgage rate buydown, lowering your monthly payment for some or all of your loan term.
Cover closing costs & prepaids
Put the funds toward closing costs and prepaid items, so you bring less cash to the table at signing.
Offset your HOA dues
Use part of your credit to cover upcoming HOA dues in your new community.
Here's How It Works
1. Choose an eligible home
Select a participating Architerra Homes community in Washington or Idaho. A sales consultant can confirm which homes qualify.
2. Sign & finance with Loan Peak Financial
Sign your purchase agreement between now and October 31, 2026, and finance your home through Loan Peak Financial to qualify for the incentive.
3. Decide how to apply your savings
Work with your loan officer to put your $20,000-$25,000 toward your rate, your closing costs, your HOA dues, or a combination.
