Self-guided touring is available at Architerra's five model homes: Foxtail and The Parkllyn in Post Falls, Idaho; The Enclave and The Trails in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; and Mountain View Meadows in Deer Park, Washington.

What should I bring to a self-guided home tour?

Bring a charged smartphone, since it is what unlocks the door and takes your photos. A tape measure and a copy of the floor plan are also helpful if you are measuring for furniture.
