Yes. Every Architerra home includes a 1-year limited builder warranty to give homeowners peace of mind after closing. Our dedicated Warranty Department is here to help with any questions or concerns during that first year.

Can Buyers Choose
Their Own Fixtures or Finishes?

Yes. In select Architerra Homes communities, buyers have opportunities to personalize their home depending on the collection and stage of construction.

If you are purchasing a home in our Signature or Iconic Collections, you may choose certain fixtures, finishes, and features during designated phases of the build process. Available options and selection timelines vary by community and construction stage.

Do You Offer Incentives on

What Is The Largest
Lot Size Available For New Homes?

The largest lot size currently available for new homes in this community is approximately half an acre. The first phase features half-acre homesites with our five largest Iconic Collection floor plans, each offering fully finished basements and three-car garages.

These homes range from 3,500 to more than 5,000 square feet and include 5 to 6 bedrooms, providing generous indoor and outdoor space for long-term living.

In addition to half-acre lots, the community also includes third-acre and quarter-acre homesites, with standard lots typically ranging from 5,000 to 7,000 square feet. As development continues, future half-acre lot opportunities are planned in upcoming phases.

Do You Offer Pre-Sales
or Lot Reservations?

Yes. Architerra Homes offers both pre-sales and lot reservations, depending on the community and availability.

Pre-sales allow buyers to secure a home before construction is complete, often providing greater flexibility with timing, floor plan availability, and personalization options.

Lot reservations allow buyers to hold a specific homesite while finalizing details with our team. Reservations require a fully refundable $5,000 deposit, giving buyers time to make decisions without immediate commitment.

How Long Does a New
Architerra Home Build Typically Take?

On average, new home construction takes approximately six months from the start of framing to completion. Actual timelines may vary depending on the home design, community, permitting requirements, and weather conditions.

Can I Modify Or
Customize A Floor Plan

Not at this time. Architerra Homes primarily builds spec homes, which means floor plans and structural layouts are finalized before construction begins.

While floor plan modifications are not available, we offer a wide range of home designs, sizes, and collections, making it easy for buyers to find a home that fits their needs and lifestyle.

How Much Does
Backyard Landscpaing Cost

The cost of backyard landscaping can vary based on factors such as lot size, slope, grading requirements, and overall layout. Because each homesite is different, pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Our team can provide a custom landscaping estimate for your specific home and property once lot details are confirmed.

How Much Does It Cost
to Add A Fence

Adding a fence typically costs just under $9,000 after purchase. Homeowners are free to install fencing post-closing in accordance with community guidelines.
