Before Dig

This is where the vision begins to take shape. Together we confirm all essential structural elements so your home is built exactly how you’ve imagined it.

Before Framing

Once framing starts, it’s time to bring your style inside. Work alongside our designer to personalize every interior detail, from cabinetry to lighting and fixtures, so your home feels uniquely yours.

Selections often include:

Fireplace style and surround

Cabinet designs and finishes

Electrical layouts and lighting selections

Kitchen sink and faucet pairings

Hardware, front door, and appliance choices

Before Drywall

Now we layer in beauty and polish, the colors, textures, and surfaces that turn your home into a showpiece.

You’ll finalize:

Landscaping concepts and exterior paint

Interior paint palettes and flooring selections

Countertops, tile, and backsplash materials

Appliance and laundry upgrades

Selections will be provided from approved design palettes curated by our professional design team.
