Watch your dream home take shape as we begin construction! You will get to tour the homesite twice during this stage, once at rough-in and once near completion to make sure everything exceeds your expectations.

Congratulations, your dream home is complete and ready for you to move in and enjoy! We will walk you through a new home orientation, complete closing and explain how your new home warranty work, and then you move in!

You can personalize any floor plan, but not any home. The option to personalize is only available for pre-sale homes (not built yet.) We currently offer pre-sale homes in several communities and build-on-your-own lot, reach out to learn more.
Currently we are offering pre-sales in all of our communities, although certain floor plans may not be available in the current phase. Please contact our new home advisor for more details.
The pre-sale process allows you to choose from a curated set of floor plans, design motifs and structural options.
