Buying a home is a big decision and can feel pretty high-stakes. It’s easy to get lost in the rabbit hole of online pictures, spec comparisons, and floor plan previews. It also hard to discern things like quality, durability, and how a space really feels. Pretty photos and good marketing can easily hide things like awkward spaces and sub-par craftsmanship. Plus, sometimes you just don’t know how you will feel about a space until you’re standing in it!

That’s why we offer model home tours. These actual, furnished homes not only showcase two of our most popular floor plans, but also give you a literal hands-on experience with the quality, design and feel of an Architerra home.
