What to Expect
Visitors will have the opportunity to tour model homes, explore brand-new floorplans and design options, and learn more about Foxtail North’s connected community features. Architerra team members will be available to answer questions about home availability, financing, and move-in timelines.
Join us for a weekend of fun! On Thursday, enjoy complimentary Red Robin burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, fresh salads, and cookies at the Broker’s Open. Then on Friday from 11 AM – 2 PM, stop by Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck to enjoy any drink — espresso or non-coffee — completely free, along with donuts from Gross Donuts. Complimentary hot beverages will continue until 5 PM and throughout the weekend at our model homes! And of course – the first 50 kids at the Grand Opening event on Friday will have the chance to take one home – available until stock runs out!
A community raffle will also be held during the weekend — simply fill out a short survey in-person for your chance to win a $50 Gift Card to Birdie’s Pies!
