Last year, Architerra Homes broke ground on ‘The Parkllyn,’ a community focused on beautiful, craftsman-style homes, green space, and outdoor living. Within the Parkllyn comes Architerra Home’s first rental community – Echelon Village.
Echelon Village is a new construction, single-family rental community. It will feature 58 homes in the first phase offering multiple layouts with different room and bathroom options. The first phase includes three unique designs.
The Cobalt is a single-story ranch-style home featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comes with a two-car attached garage and plenty of living space to enjoy your favorite activities – cooking great meals, hanging out with friends, or watching the game.
The Indigo is our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-story home. Similar to The Cobalt, The Indigo offers a two-car garage. The kitchen and living space come with beautiful stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and painted beach wood cabinets, all the makings of a beautiful living space.
Finally, there is the Admiral, our two-story offering. The Admiral is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath home that offers plenty of space for working from home to starting a family. Like our other offerings, 9-foot ceilings grace this home throughout the interior and are complimented by laminate wood flooring. There is a two-car garage and a front and rear entrance.
We built Echelon Village with tremendous attention to detail. Tile backsplashes adorn each kitchen, with beautiful countertops and stainless steel, Frigidaire appliances. We’re very excited to continue construction on Echelon Village and can’t wait to reveal what is coming in the future.

Interested in leasing a 3 bedroom unit. We complete our current lease in May here so would need a rental around that time frame. Thoughts?
