Then our professional design team will help you select the design options and enhancements that reflect your unique style and preferences. Work from curated motifs to select flooring, cabinetry, countertops, lighting fixtures, and more to make your home truly unique to your tastes. 

Then it it’s time for you to sit back, relax and watch your dream home take shape as we begin construction! You will get to tour the homesite twice during this stage, once at rough-in and once near completion to make sure everything exceeds your expectations.

Congratulations, your dream home is complete and ready for you to move in and enjoy! We will walk you through a new home orientation, complete closing and explain how your new home warranty work, and then you move in!
