Architerra Homes
Founded in 2015, focused on building homes of tremendous quality with beautiful designs. Using unique finishes, quality materials, and offering standard features that rival those implemented in custom homes, Architerra Homes has grown to be a builder of over 150 homes a year in the Northern Idaho area.
Markham Builders
Brian Markham founded Markham Homes in 2003 with more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. His sense of pride and commitment to quality is apparent in every home built by Markham Builders. Architerra purchased Markham Builders in 2021 because of the company’s commitment to craftsmanship, detail, and design.

Selkirk Construction
We are working with Selkirk Construction in our Parkllyn Estates development. They are building a select number of homes in the community.
